If you still have access to EverAfter, the easiest way to request account deletion is directly from your profile.
Request deletion without access to the app
If you cannot access EverAfter, you may request deletion of your account by contacting EverAfter directly.

Please contact us from the email address associated with your EverAfter account whenever possible. We may request reasonable information to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.
Request account deletionWhat will be deleted
When an EverAfter account deletion request is successfully completed, associated account data is deleted or anonymized as applicable.
- Your EverAfter authentication account.
- Your profile information and profile image.
- Your events and associated planning information.
- Checklists, budgets and expense information.
- Guest lists and invitations.
- Event-specific planning information.
- Seat Planner layouts associated with your events.
Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Any such retention is limited to the information and period reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Subscriptions
Deleting your EverAfter account does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Any active subscription must be cancelled separately through the store account through which it was purchased.
Uninstalling EverAfter also does not cancel an active subscription.
